When you fill in the form, you send us your name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), the service you are interested in, an approximate budget and your message. We use this data only to reply to you and prepare a quote.
The form is processed by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to our email.
Questions you type into the chatbot are sent to an AI model (Google Gemini, via OpenRouter) to generate an answer.
We store conversations (question, answer, page and time) to improve our answers and services. We do not store your IP address with the conversation. To prevent abuse, the server temporarily keeps a hashed record of the IP address for up to 48 hours. Please do not enter sensitive personal data into the chatbot.
Visitors from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Bosnia and Herzegovina are asked for consent on their first visit. Until they give it, we set no analytics or marketing cookies and Google only receives anonymous, cookieless signals (Google Consent Mode). For visitors from other countries, analytics and marketing cookies are on, and you can switch them off at any time.
To know who should be asked for consent, we determine the visitor's country from the browser time zone or, if that is not enough, from the IP address via the GeoJS service. The result (only the country code) is kept in your browser until the end of the visit, and we do not store the IP address.
